Grounded in Grassroots

While BOOM LLC does not organize grassroots members, the projects and partners with whom we work are deeply grounded in that work and orientation.  

​We believe that those “closest to the pain are closest to the power.” Capitalism, patriarchy, and white supremacy have shaped a society of gross inequities, in which working-class, BIPOC and other marginalized communities exercise the least amount of power. We prioritize social justice and community-based organizations so they remain at the center of social change efforts.
