Our Story

BOOM is a back office hub created to meet the growing needs of social justice and community-based organizations that are focused on multiracial working class power building. 

By streamlining organizational finance, administrative, and human resource functions, BOOM aims to support the growth of a sustainable local movement ecosystem that has the necessary capacity to focus on programmatic and organizing priorities. Organizing will be stronger and faster, with organizations being able to pivot as conditions demand and to seize opportunities that create greater possibilities for our communities to thrive.
